A military serviceman has died in the line of duty with the Arab coalition’s Operation Restoring Hope in Yemen.
The General Command of the Armed Forces announced the death on Monday morning. It offered its condolences to the family of the Emirati, praying to Allah to rest his soul in eternal peace and bestow solace on his family, reported state news agency Wam.
Further details of how and where the serviceman died, and where he was from in the Emirates, have not been disclosed.
Operation Restoring Hope was launched in 2015 to restore the internationally recognised Yemeni government led by president Abdrabu Mansur Hadi.
