A decree by Yemen’s ┬ápresident Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi appointed former finance minister Monasser Al Quaiti as head of the central bank, according to a statement on the state-run sabanew.net news agency.

The decree also included a decision to move the bank’s headquarters from the capital Sanaa to the southern port city of Aden, according to the statement.

The President also made a tecnical ministeral change in the governmnet of Dr. Ahmed Obaid Bin Daghar. He named Moammar Al-Eryani minister of information , Marwan Damaj, minister of Culture, Dr. Mohammed Qubati minister of tourism , Ahmed Obaid al-Fadhli minister of finanace, Dr. Ahmed Zubayen Attiah minister of endowment and guidance , Hussein Abdulrahman ┬áBasalama minister of higher education, Abdulghani Jameel minister of capital Sana’a secertarite and Abdulrab Saleh Aslami minister of state.
