Three thousand Saudis have arrived in Yemen for the Eid al-Fater holiday through Alatwal official access point between Yemen and Saudi. Sources have announced that 1700 boats belonging to Yemeni residents of Saudi Arabia crossed daily into Yemen between the 24th and 29th of Ramadan. Sources along in Altawal passage in Gayzan stated that Yemeni who went for Umra were few this Ramadan, and they did not return to the port until now. Those who travel for the purpose of Umra will likely return in the coming days. Most of the 3000 Saudis would leave around 4 pm, returning between 8 pm and 2 am that same evening. Some citizens have planned a longer stay in Yemen, many visiting as tourists but others because of marriages to Yemeni women.
