Houthis Storm Al-Hadari House

By NY staff

Al-Shamoa Foundation for Press and Media has condemned the criminal behavior by a group of al-Houthi militants on Tuesday evening, September 23.

The militants stormed the house of Al-Shamoa Foundation CEO, Saif Mohammed Ahmed Al-Hadari, and kidnapped one of his relatives and looted his house.

Al-Shamoa called the Journalists’ Union and the International Federation of Journalists to stand by them and condemn this incident, which is considered a violation of rights and of press freedoms.

The Foundation demanded the Houthis return everything that was taken from the Al-Hadari house, calling on Houthis’ leaders to enact the principle of coexistence and acceptance of others, rather than aggressive behavior against employers and opinion makers.
